Assistant Principal-MCMS - Beginning the 2025-2026 school year-190 days. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with approved program in Administration. Required Master's Degree in Education, minimum 5 years teaching experience. Assist Principal providing instructional leadership to staff, assist in day to day building administration, safety and welfare of students, staff, volunteers and activities. Provide discipline as necessary and enforce school policy. Support Principal in setting overall direction, coordination and evaluation in performance and effectiveness of school staff. Assist in facilitating in-service training/professional development, direct staff in addressing the needs of all students. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks. Maintain relations with parents and outside agencies, after-school supervision and perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.

School Nurse - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. working 190 days per year for the 2025-2026 school year. Must be a Registered Nurse-prefer a BSN, along with a valid Illinois PEL with a CSN endorsement but will consider an ADN or BSN.

Full Time Paraprofessionals-Must be able to provide instructional support, provide for safety and supervision of students, toilet and/or change a student, lift students as needed, able to go outside for recess or other outside duties as assigned. Must possess a valid Paraprofessional License through the Illinois State Board of Education. $16.00 per hour.

Executive Assistant to the Superintendent - Beginning June 1, 2025, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 12-Month position. Accepting resumes for detail oriented and energetic person to provide administrative support to the Superintendent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare confidential correspondence and compose letters/correspondence as necessary. Receive and review all mail and correspondence directed to the office of the Superintendent. Attend Board meetings, perform and coordinate various secretarial and administrative assistant duties for the Board of Education for the purposes of recording the minutes in accordance with district policy and maintain a variety of records related to Board activities. Maintain documents, files and records (Board Policy Book) for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance. Draft board policies for review by the Board of Education and maintain policy manual. Maintain and oversee compliance for Statements of Economic Interest. Prepare and process all paperwork in connection with school board elections. Serve as Human Resources for the District, overseeing all aspects of District insurance programs such as health, dental, life, long term disability, workers compensation, etc. organize and maintain personnel files. Assure all teachers and paraprofessionals are up to date with valid state of Illinois licensures and prepare employment contracts for district personnel. Organize and maintain all applicant correspondence and files; prepare vacancy postings for all schools. Place ads/publications with local newspapers, websites regarding openings, bids, legal, public hearings and board meetings. Submit vacancies to various agencies, i.e., college/university placement office, Illinois Job Bank, etc. Manage the induction and assimilation of new employees into the District. Coordinate Sick Leave Bank in connection with requests for leave. Prepare all payroll notices related to personnel. Keep current records of seniority information for certified and non-certified staff. Keep current as Notary Republic and Deputy Registrar. Keep current as IMRF Authorized Agent for the District. Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. Ability to prioritize tasks, address multiple tasks simultaneously, organize projects and assume responsibility for completion. Possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, parents, board of education and the public. Maintain close relations and act as liaison with other departments and school personnel while sustaining the District's integrity, confidentiality and security. Other duties as assigned. A minimum of a high school diploma, prefer an associate's degree or equivalent in Human Resources and at least 5 years' experience with employee benefits.
